Metals Requirements for acceptance of all scrap steel

There are a few important things to remember before you bring your recyclable material into our scrap yards.
The following is a list of our requirements:

No Contaminated Loads.
No Electronic Waste (TV's, Computers, VCR/DVD Players, etc.).
No Wood.
No Trash.
No Cement or Cinder Blocks.
No Plastics.
No Dirt or Green Waste.

All loose engines or transmissions that have been pulled out and separated from vehicle/equipment must be drained of all the oil/fluids, so it does not leak when unloaded and dropped on ground or holding area.
All types of Refrigerators and freezers must be fully cleaned out of the following (food, trash, plastic/glass shelving and drawers).
All Sealed Units, Tanks, Drums, and Containers must be empty of all liquids; gases, fuels, oil and water.
